Hello Sir,
My name is Dr. Lewis Gerald, I am the Environmental Science & Technology
committee chairman Asia pacific, I am also the principal concerned with
contract appraisal and the approval of contracts in order of priority in
regards with capital projects of the (MOSTE) here in Asia.

I am willing to compensate you with 40% of the total amount upon a
