Attention: Dear,
I am Mr. Kingsley Lourence Esq. an attorney and Corporate Investment Consultant.
I humbly and sincerely write to request your consent and cooperation
to transfer the sum of US$18Million (Eighteen Million United States
Dollars) in your favor as the Next of Kin to my late client. This
amount of fund was deposited in a deposit bank account by my late
client Mr. Jeff Cochran who was a foreign citizen with business
concerns here. My client was abducted and murdered with his wife and
only daughter by the Islamist Boko Haram terrorist group in the
Northern region of Nigeria.
I sincerely seek your cooperation to permit me present you as the
deceased’s next of kin because he has no other identifiable next of
Kin at the time of depositing the funds except his wife and little
daughter who were both dastardly murdered with him by the heartless
Islamists in December 2015.
If you grant me your acceptance in this matter, I shall process the
legal documents that will attest and establish you as the legal next
of kin authorized and empowered by law to inherit and receive the
deposited funds.It does not matter whether you are biologically
related to my late client or not by name, the important thing is that
once the documents required are legally procured and certified in your
name according to law, the bank will recognize and approve the payment
in your favor.
It is also important to let you know that you need not be physically
present here to answer any question from any authority since I have
the power of attorney to represent and act for my late client and the
next of kin I present for his fund claims. I can assure you that you
will not be disappointed if you assist me in this matter as the
transfer of the funds shall be legally paid in your favor without any
fear of violating any law here.
I propose that we shall share the fund after transfer to your
account,50% to me, and 40% to you; while we give 10% to charity
organizations in your country through you for the memory of my late
client Jeff. Please, I need a trustworthy person who will not betray
me or seize the funds alone after transfer. I sincerely reassure you
that you will never ever be disappointed if you grant me your consent
and cooperation in this matter so that the bank officials do not
confiscate the funds of my dead client as abandoned money if no next
of kin is presented to them.
The information I need from you are: 1 your full names, 2.your direct
mailing address and,3. Your contact phone number. I will appreciate
you reply me with your phone number so that I can contact you to
explain the details of the transaction in clarity to you for better
understanding.
