This message comes to you from the hospital, so it is very urgent that you respond immediately. I am an aging widow- 68years suffering from cancer disease for many years to the extent that my latest medical report proves that I will only live for months on this earth. Having known my condition, I decided to give you the money I inherited from my late husband so that you would use to help needy in your country.
