Dear Beloved Foreigner ,
Accept my sincere apology for this unsolicited letter to you.My name is Reverend Rafael Williams .
I am a banker in by profession with the UNION BANK OF AFRICA .
I have a Business proposal of US$18.5 Million for you(Eighteen million five hundred Thousand Dollars Only ) . The fund belong to our deceased customer who died with his next of kin leaving nobody for the claim.
I want to present you as his next of kin to my bank so that the fund will be transferred to any of nominated bank account.
Your share will be 45% percent while 55% will be for me as the business pioneer . No risk is involved in this transaction cause we must follow due process.
The institution have mandated me to present a member of his family (heir/inheritor)or Next of kin to make Claims of his funds with our bank otherwise, it will be forfeited, seized or confiscated by the authorities and reverts to the treasury as unclaimed funds .
This is because in accordance with our law, such fortune is automatically bequeathed to the government if there is no heir or Next of kin to the deceased that would surface to claim the fortune within the specified time. However, this law is unjust and inhuman as it often creates an avenue for the top officials of some financial institutions to divert such fortunes for their own selfish use. On that ground, I decided to search for any of my late client's relatives .i got your email in my personal search and decided to contact you .
I am contacting you now to stand as the next of kin of my late client; I know you might not be related but after countless efforts to locate direct relative to my late client and a (3) Three months final notice from the Bank to present a beneficiary to the fund, and failure to meet up with this deadline means the fund will be liquidated to the Bureau as unclaimed fund and that I forbid happening. Against this backdrop, I decided to contact you to join me to put claims on
this deposit before it`s forfeited to the authorities.
My suggestion to you is, I will like to present you as the Next of Kin and beneficiary to this deposit, since you are both foreign nationals and by virtue of my position as the Director for Credit & Marketing, I will now place your name as the Next of kin/Beneficiary to my late client and I will prepare the relevant legal documentations that will assist to facilitate the release of the fund to you without any breach of the law.
This fund belongs to a foreigner and can only be claimed by a foreigner according to our banking law.This money cannot be approved to a local bank account holder, but can only be approved to a foreigner.
If you will stand as next of kin to the fund,I shall provide you with more details and relevant documents that will help you understand the transaction. I need your assistance and co-operation to this reality as I have done my Home-work and fine tune the best way to create you as the beneficiary of the fund. My position as the Credit & Marketing manager of the bank will be used to advance this deal.
