</p><ul><li><b>Volume 1 Offer </b>requires a small business subcontracting plan and various certification forms.
</li><br><li><b>Volume 2 Management/Technical Approach</b> requires 8 exhibits and the 90 page response requires originality to prove (1) the offerors supply chain management and diversity systems and (2) the offerors technical superiority (state of the art) breadth of product offerings.
</li><br><li><b>Volume 3 Past Performance</b> requires 5 past performance summaries with prescribed forms with supporting past performance information from the government.
</li><br><li><b>Volume 4 Price </b>requires 6 large excel worksheets, prescribed by the government. </li></ul>
