I am Brigadier General Bagamba Etumba Abassi Defence Service branches Adviser of Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Since 31 December 2010 - Northern and Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), War and clashes between armed forces, rebel groups and various militias continue to wreak severe harm on civilians, who are routinely caught in the frontlines of confrontations.

My arrival here in the Middle East was on transit to China, I decided to divert the army cash-consignment (Box) for my private use, in which was brought into Middle East as a diplomatic consignment confidentially sealed by the army, insured against loss or damages, and marked as a diplomatic baggage and has been lodged at security institute here in the Middle East for safety keeping; right now no one knows my way about.
