What happens:

The default .zwgc.desc (/usr/athena/lib/zephyr/zwgc.desc) in version
7.1, and presumably at least 7.0, discards PINGs only for class
message. That means that when an operator sends out a class filsrv or
class operations zgram, lots of users get a meaningless zgram as the
operator begins to type in his message. This is bad.

What should happen:

PINGs, at least for the classes "filsrv" and "operations" should be
discarded, not displayed.
