Goals and Objectives
1. Recognize exemplary work performance
Maintain a healthy level of motivation, morale, self satisfaction,
and respect by recognizing exemplary work performance.
2. Contribute to a fun and friendly atmosphere.
Showing appreciation is part of maintaining a friendly
work environment among peers and managers. This process favors
such attitudes in balance with the informality of our work place.
3. Communicate values of the organization.
The recognition program should communicate the values of the
organization, such as quality and teamwork, by recognizing those
values in exemplary performance.
4. Earn staff respect
Staff respect of the recognition awarded is essential to meeting the
above goals.
