7.7 RS/6000 man pages don't work.

I just tried to find out if our latest release has a man page for stdarg.
(Augmented.mit.edu doesn't, but we don't even know if it is running
3.2.3 or 3.2.5.)
So I went to cato.mit.edu, the test RS/6000 in vrt's office, and did
man stdarg
after about two minutes, it said:
Unable to open database of manual pages

Richard has looked at this, and says that he thinks that the Info
database that got copied into AFS land from his CD is corrupt. He will
look into refreshing this database Sunday evening.
