PROCHART (Visual Engineering's Chart building application)

Contains VAX only executables (interactive application shell script and
a library to bind user applications) and a directory of demonstration
applications and charts. On-line "man" pages exist and work. Several
changes in the "man" based documentation will be placed in a README that
Roman is preparing.

(WIP) - no change in deliverables until IBM-GKS has been used
	as base of ProChart rebuild.

IGKS (IBM's GKS library package)

Contains skeleton of RT and VAX releases. Does not contain READMEs
nor sample makefiles. Does not contain fleshed out libraries to build
against. Only two demos, both non-interactive, work at this time (only
one for the VAX).

(WIP) - I am working at making the demos interact and will be
working with Bill Ruh to get the various support tools, demos
	and files built and installed.

HOOPS (Ithaca Software's 3D library package)

Contains many demonstration programs (VAX only), a README file
describing what the demos are and how to execute them, and a shell
script to set appropriate variables, run the x10tox11 background and
cycle through several of the demos. Does not contain build-able libraries
nor makefiles.

(WIP) - Port to X11 (construction of an X11 device driver).
When implementation is completed, Ithaca will come in and
do the following: assist debug of our X11 port, do the port
to the IBM-RT, bring us version 2 of their libraries and put
up a new expanded demo suite.

XMATH	(Interactive point and pick version of Gnuplot functionality)

Contains VAX and RT versions of the application with substantial improvements
in functionality and ease-of-use features. Helpfile is not yet coordinated
with new functionality. Most features not covered are intuitive or benine.
Gnuplot has been disabled and replaced with pointers to Xmath. I didn't
realize this was going to happen and I think it should be undone ASAP! Xmath
is buggey will remain so as we continue development.

(WIP) - Fix bugs, flesh out user documentation and helpfiles and
expand the mathamatical functionality of the application.

VAWK	(Video Data Processing tool)

Contains a VAX only executable of a "look and feel" demo of what VDP will be.
Commands interact with the user and several of them perform functions correctly.
Xtoolkit features and dependencies have been implemented first and the tie-in
to the C shell functions are now WIP. A short user walkthrough of the
application is provided as documentation.

(WIP) - Complete implementation (per functional discription), fix
remaining Xtoolkit interface bugs and inconsistancies and complete
	user visable documentation.
