Kerberized telnet/telnetd compile and run on all three supported
platforms.
From /mit/telnet/rel77/README....
This source tree installs the following:
programs
/etc/athena/telnetd
/usr/athena/bin/telnet
man pages
/usr/athena/man/man8/telnetd.8
/usr/athena/man/man1/telnet.1
nroff macros
/usr/athena/lib/tmac/*
The nroff macros (taken from 4.3network2 sources) are needed because the
man pages require them. I added .so /usr/athena/lib/tmac/tmac.doc
to the man pages. This will make catman do mostly the right thing, but
the man pages still get left out of the whatis file.
Note: /usr/athena/lib/tmac/* must exist at the time catman is run.
Otherwise the man pages will end up formatted as one long paragraph.
This should not be a problem given our current (1994) build procedure.
On each platform, /etc/inetd.conf or /etc/athena/inetd.conf must be
modified to run /etc/athena/telnetd rather than the default telnetd.
