I just received from MIT TLO confirmation of the standard
copyright/license blurb I sent 'round last week, and a minor
improvement. (Change USER to LICENSEE in the last line.)
Here is the copyright/license statement to be used as the default
copyright/license notice for all DCNS-Dev code.
There are special cases where additional restrictions must be noted.
For example code such as Kerberos which contains encryption
algorithms with special export restrictions, or code such as
TechMail-S which contain components from other sites which may
require additional copyright notices.
