The following copyright/license statement, derived from our TechMail
license statement, and updated to to reflect the present state of our
trademarks, should be used as the default copyright/license notice
for all DCNS-Dev code.
There are special cases where additional restrictions must be noted.
For example code such as Kerberos which contains encryption
algorithms with special export restrictions, or code such as
TechMail-S which contain components from other sites which may
require additional copyright notices.
