Every time I build Andrew, or any time anyone wants to use the API for
the PostScript extension they have to search for the DPS include files
(carefuly hand-tooled onto Tardis for the release build) and then
hand-install them into /usr on the machine they're using to do their
build.
The bloody extension is in the released server.
That the include files are not there is an oversight that has needed
correction for at least two years!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
FIX IT!!!
