Is it necessary to have 3 messages to athena-outage for each fix ?
Athena-outage has recently been fairly low traffic, and sending constant
status reports to it might diminish its impact when other outages are
announced.

I would recommend having the mail to athena-outage that says when the fix will
be in the field give a time frame and only send out a followup if that time
frame is not met.
