Since s_lprm and the other suite of s_* commands for manaiuplating print
queues on the printer servers no longer exists, we need someway to manage
individual jobs in the print queues.
Since there is no s_lprm now, it is difficult for the cluster people to
remove individual print jobs from print queues without contacting Dist.
Systems Suport people to do it for them.
