Andrew 'make all' is done for decstation.

According to my log file in /usr/tmp/ANDY_MAKELOG (kept there in case of
AFS failure during build.), the make phase of the decmips build was
successful.
Notes:
Using sync-tree to install the sources is a time-consuming pain which
doesn't easily
get the right answer.
In order for the build to do hte right thing, the cmu and cmu/site
directories had to be
done separately from the source directory.
In the future, perhaps a tar install would be best.
Anyway, I need:
a sym-link from /mit/andrew to /afs/rel-eng/project/andrew.76/build/texport
a sym-link from /usr/andrew to wherever the /srvd/usr/andrew is going to live.
Then I can install the release and do the final tidy-up.
Whenever you are ready,
I can proceed to whichever Andrew build is next: RS/6000, Sun, or Vax.
