Richard mentioned that the acl on checkout has to be reserved....
CVS has the ability to run scripts (configurable) on a per module basis
(and probably can be deafulted for all) when files committed (put back
into the tree)m checkedout, or updated.... (other options available as
well).
A utility can be made to handle the acl setting then...
