After reviewing Aegis and CVS, I would like to propose that we consider
CVS for use with our source tree. I have placed a copy of the
documentation about CVS in each of your mailboxes. I have also enclosed
a copy of the Aegis documentation, should you wish to also review it.

Although, I do not believe we can use CVS directly as-is, I believe we
can use a variant with a couple minor modifications.

I would like to arrange a meeting where we can discuss this and move
forward to a new source management strategy whereby we do not have to
constantly require new copies of the source tree. Admittedly,
integration will have to be coordinated, still. In addition, I believe
that we can avoid the use of snapshots of the source tree after each
release and improve our ability to do patch releases if we change our
source management procedures.

Is one of the following times an option? (I used xtc)
	Thu 4/15	11-12, 4-5
	Fri 4/16	10-12
	Tue 4/20	10-12, 3-4
Since I suspect Thursday is too soon, may I suggest Friday 10am?
