We've used the script to make test RVD packs on two RVD
servers (arachnid and calliope). The script worked fine,
but between yesterday afternoon and this afternoon, the
rt and vax "packs" in the rel-eng cell changed. (So, we
have different bits on arachnid and calliope, even though
they both have version 7.4H on them.)

We shouldn't start the propagation until the vax and rt
"packs" in the rel-eng are really done...any idea when
	that will be?

(We will have nearly 40 packs to update when we get the
final go-ahead. About half are inactive, so we can patch
patch those; the other half are inactive, so we will have
to do a classic rvd propagation for those (rvdcopy to the
	spare packs, then swap packs).

Bottom line: When will the RT and VAX "packs" in the rel-eng
cell be ready for propagation to the RVD servers?
