I installed the new "password" file (good until October 28, 1993) on
both the athena cell and rel-eng cell copies of the 7.4 system packs.
I have also updated the copy in the saber locker.
Note: I have *not* updated the 7.3 packs. If people are still running
Athena release 7.3 anywhere (on a DECstation), Saber will cease to
work for them sometime on Sunday. However they should be able to use
the version in the saber locker.
