Please take the two files
/mit/andydevo/src/cmu/site/inits/{files,specials}.init
And install them in the 7.5 source tree.
For each of the 4 platforms, you should consider running make install in
your .../cmu/site/inits directory. This will install them in the
texport directory (ie the locker).
The files /usr/andrew/lib/{files,specials}.init should eventually be
replaced with these files.
