I figured it out - it's the motif utility library. Ok now which set of
sources are appropriate the ones in atdev/src/MO* or
motifdev/projects/util/src. All common files are identical (except
makefiles and .o's). How shall we deal with this? Is it another library
for athena.lib? Or should it be merged in with MOTIF as we don't install
the library/headers on anything but the build machines.
