Here are some notes for the release notes. These are small and can
probably go under the "other/miscellaneous" section... they don't need
sections of their own, I don't think...
Although xcluster has changed quite a bit, I'm not sure I consider it a
"major user-visible change" in the same manner as the changes to emacs,
and dash, for example.
Whatever. Do with these what you will...
MWM:
Mwm now supports multiple screens, on a multi-headed machine, with
seperate resources for each screen, if you like. Many bug-fixes have
been made as well, over the 1.0 version. Check the manpage for details
on new options.
XCLUSTER:
Xcluster has changed drastically from the last release. More
information is displayed, and the user can resize the window and the
campus map will resize accordingly.
CONSOLE:
Console supports selecting text with multi-clicks, similar to the way
xterm does. One through five clicks do different things. See the
manpage for details.
