At the suggestion of Gary Dryfoos, the description of ^X M-v should be
changed. Delete the introductory clause that reads, "There is an
inconvenient mis-feature: ", and capitalize the "if" so that the line
reads:
NOTE: If you already have a buffer of the same file open, you will not
get a new raw-mode buffer. Kill the pre-existing buffer first.
