detach -host now works with AFS.
Changes were required in most of the attach source files.
One change to aklog must be applied first.
Sources are in:
/mit/rios/src/athena/bin.athena/attach/*
/mit/afsdev/bld/src/athena/aklog/aklog_main.c
Pickup the files there (avoid the symlinks).
Note: I didn't get around to updating attach(1), but these changes do
not require extra documentation; I was simply hoping to update the man
page to reflect some of the previously undocumented options to
attach/detach/etc.
(I'll pick up all this later).
