The source can be picked up from /mit/olhdev/src; you do not need to pick up
the subdirectories RCS, b+tree, or util.
The shell script /source/athena/usr.athena/help.sh should be removed.
The man page /source/athena/usr.athena/help.1 should be removed; note that
olh.1 should stay to be a .so to the newly installed man page.
Some install rules may have to be changed, once the directory structure for
various platforms is decided upon.
Release notes:
----------------------
OLH is supported on both terminal-oriented and X based systems. Prior to
this release, the executables had resided in the "logos" locker, and had
been invoked by a script on the packs. In this release, the binaries have
been moved to the packs, which should decrease the time to start up somewhat.
When running the X version, the '-internal' and '-external' flags can be
used to select whether to use the built-in information viewer or to call
external viewers. External viewers have the advantage thay they will be
able to display the help information in its original format, but have
disadvantage of taking up more memory and being slow to start up.
The default is to use external viewers if they are available and the
processor is sufficiently powerful to run them without trouble. On the VSII
and VS2000 platforms, the default is to use the internal platforms. On on
all other workstations, the default is to use the external viewers.
