Unless explicitly requested to send a patch here, send patches to "bugs".
Release Engineering does not track this meeting for pickups or incorporate
fixes sent here automatically - and in fact, if we decide that it is not
a good time to do a pickup, the change will likely get lost. If it is
sent to bugs, at least it will find its way to the "changes" notesfiles
and not be lost.
Sometimes we request that a few patches/pickup information be sent here,
but that is discretionary based on other related work that we may be doing
at the time. For instance, only some of the Imake suggestions are likely
to make it in as only some are relevant at the moment.
