Gary Dryfoos suggested that getting beginning users of andrew going on
slightly more advanced parts like using the optional Motif Scrollbars,
and Pull down menus could be done by putting a .preferences file and a
.ezinit file into the prototype user dotfiles region of the release.
These two new dotfiles would have all their contents commented out and
have descriptions which would tell what feature would be enabled if the
"#" were removed from the various lines.
I recognize that only new users would get these new dot files by
default, but /srvd might be an appropriate place to keep them. What do
you think?

P.S. I'd be willing to put them onto the locker, if y'all preferred,
but most ez users are clueless about the locker and might hurt
themselves by attaching it just to get a couple of dotfiles.
