My impression is that the acls are now in a state where what I did is
legitimate. And it should be obvious that if I stumble upon anything
that I should not have been able to copy, I will immediately ask
Richard to change the acls, and delete the sources from the UCSC disk.
I don't see what more than that I can do; if inappropriate files are
world-readable, then anyone with AFS can read them, which means we're
already violating licenses all over the place; my copying them to UCSC
doesn't change anything about that.
