If you look in the directory /source/control/doc, there are the files:

build.info:		Information/hints for building the release
code-requirements:	Some documentation of the Imake template, and rules
			for submissions for the release.
sample.Imakefile:	A sample Imakefile that hopefully demonstrates some
			of the Imake rules in a useful fashion.

Note that these are still all still under development, but the may still be
useful in the meantime.
