At first I thought that was going to work, but vaxuba doesn't exist in
the tree it built. Neither does iilock, which I need to build the
Moira kernel.

Remove the "ignore iilock*" line from the rules file I gave you, re-run
synctree (this should be rather quick) and create the following two
additional links (I'll come up with something cleaner later):
vaxuba -> machineio
vaxif -> machineif
