Richard has just pointed out to me that the reason the wrong man page
was installed is that the wrong man page was in the sipbsrc source
tree.
I have no idea how this happened, since the one in the RCS logs is
correct, AND the one installed in the sipbsrc locker is correct. Some
strange is afoot :-)
In any case, to fix this, check out the most recent version from the
RCS logs and replace all the sipb strings in it, and install that.
Sorry for the trouble.
(My alter ego put the wrong man page in the directory. Honest! It
was my evil twin skippy!)
