The public workstation cleanup in /etc/rc would be better done by
making a second track subscription list, and having all uses of track
on public workstations use that list instead (this is what I am doing
for the PS/2: "track -W /etc/athena/lib slists/public" will restore
all files except a few configuration files to the public versions).
