I don't see any excuse for Neskaya being a friendly-test machine. I
propose it be put in e40-vs like all the other supported servers.
Also, the vs3100 bearing the name "ops-2" is not kept as a portable
system (such as the vs2000 using "ops-1") and doesn't appear to be
temporary. The ops-{1,2,3} names were requested for temporary
deployments and unexpected uses, not permanent deployments. Either
the vs3100 should be returned to stock or it should have a real
hostname allocated for it by NetServ.
