Subject: toehold on packs in 7.2
Since toehold will be obsoleted by the new xlogin program, and we're
not planning on doing any further development on it, are we going to
remove it from the packs in 7.2?
If so, we should make sure to remove the man page as well.
We also should make sure to remove the xlogin and xdm man pages, and
all of the other stuff from the old xlogin (obviously).
