Actually, you did think about the config files a while back but then
decided that it would be better if they were removed on update in order
to ensure that the latest version was copied local. This was when
galetea was still evolving. Should galetea be considered so stable that
it should not be removed? If that case, there should be a configuration
opstion for 7.2 to deal with it properly. (possibly even having it
installed in the release)
