How to use andrew during the testing of 7.1

Do to changes made to andrew for 7.1, the current andrew locker will not
work well with the code that is on the packs. For this reason, there is
a "tandrew" filesystem that should be used while on a 7.1 machine.
Instead of using "add andrew", use "add tandrew" The contents for
tandrew will migrate to andrew for the release.

refer you to Bill Catey.
