I see that my cp_release procedure didn't install
/usr/andrew/lib/compchar/comps
The compchar sub directory should be created, and the file should be
copied in from
/afs/rel-eng/project/andrew/build/texport/common/lib/compchar
Until this change is made, nobody can use the accented character stuff
in the release.

I also notice that for some reason (probably I spazzed in some file
creation, there is a superfluous sym link in that directory making a
common/lib/compchar/compchar which is unnecessary.
In fact, now that I look at it, ALL the directories in common have such
superfluous entries.
Perhaps we can sit down together and figure out why.
