OLC people: Please be aware that all code handed off to the release
engineering team should, by default, compile with -O.
Release engineering people: Please make sure that all the Makefiles
currently in the olc source tree are fixed to do -O, and check them
again after we get a project deliverable for 7.1.

The olc makefiles /source use "-g" instead of "-O". The release
binaries were built without -O.
