The 7.0 hand-off packs will be in use for staff-test, since we don't
have anyplace to copy them. By the end of this week, we *will* have
a set of packs free (even if we have to force them out from under
some clients...), and we'll swap RVD names so the hand-off packs will
be yours to modify again.
Of course, when Operations is given hand-off packs, you had better not
modify them without telling us... (and vice-versa)
