I feel really stupid about this. I appologize in advance:
Apparently due to a subtle mis-understanding of how Andrew
previewing works, I neglected to specify an additional symlink:
cd /usr/andrew/bin ; ln -s runapp preview
I have changed this in my release build script, and in the release
sub-directory of /mit/andydevo.
