I appologize for not doing this sooner. I have rebuilt the indicated portions of
the code and installed them. You may look at the build and install logs in
/mit/release.70/build/vax/athena/athena.lib/moira.
If you want to make copies today, you will need to use the read-write copy of
the system packs. (/afs/.testers/system/@sys/srvd/.....)
There was no-relinking on the RT so no changes were made on this side.
