I just realized that we have a catch-22: we can't really test the new
clients until I install a new server, but I can't install the new
server that you've built until SMS has a new kernel.
I guess I'll have to compile my own server against the current
libraries and install that for now. I'll see about doing that again.
I've used menelaus in the past as a place to put an alternate build
tree, hopefully it will stay around long enough for this.
