7.0 Build in progress

Ez and I are pulling our hair out...

Well, anyway, I am now starting a chain for details about the 7.0 build.
(I won't bother to copy in the contents of other transactions describing
frozen directories).

RT log is in /source/control/log/build.rt.log

To be installed:
- rpc.mountd from DFS project
- new "rc" from ws-priv.
- new athena/config/update from ws-priv.

<sigh>... (the first is easy enough to verify... the latter two are
expecting the rest of 7.0 to exist and can't be tested until such time).

Current status of RT build: first pass of libraries have been built. A
new kernel is currently building and soon minos will be rebooted with the
kernel with the new syscall table (and @sys convention change). After
that, the first pass binary installation can occur, and then back to
rebuilding the libraries, then back to the binaries, such as the compiler,
assembler, loader, then to athena.lib on the RT side (and X concurrently),
then the rest of the world.

The VAX side is several steps ahead (ajax sure beats minos in speed, not
to mention minos is being hosed with the writes from both ajax and minos
into the build volumes).

When the new kernel is installed on minos, I will also be upping its number
of afsd buffer processes to 6.
