For those that want to look, we have the sources already on line in the
x11r4 locker. I will finish setting it up today to work like the other
x11r2/3 lockers so you will be able to attach x11r4 and compile. Details
to follow later today.

Interesting statistics:
In two hours after the announcement, CRL outputed 10% the number
of outgoing packets recorded in 40+ days.
