<shit>... a dependence on /afs... just what we didn't want. However, I can't
say there is a better location either.
Time to "make /afs" readable on paris/minos during the build of "delete" this
time round. Next time, hopefully, when the AFS code is more stable, we will
have a private copy on paris/minos. For now, let us consider it a binary
only distribution.
