Franz Lisp

I have been working on the Makefiles in /paris/third/franz to see whether I
could get Franz Lisp to work from a locker... It required quite a number of
changes to the Makefiles, but there is compatibility for building it both
in a locker and onto the packs now (all it requires is changing the top level
Makefile).

I have created a "franzlisp" locker in /aeneas/u3/lockers/franzlisp, and after
a month after the release is out, I will ask operations to make space on one
of their servers for this...

Still to be done:

- make a script, /usr/athena/franz, that directs people to the locker
The choice of the pathname is for consistency with the other third
party software (and since the name is changing, its location does not
  matter).

- remove the following from the packs:

	/usr/include/lisp
	/usr/lib/lisp
	/usr/ucb/{franz,liszt,lxref}

Do we want a symlink of /usr/include/lisp to /mit/franzlisp/include? I
do not see any references to it in any lisp files or in the strings of
any of the binaries... this suggests that this is only for compilation
of the program and was installed for good measure (this would not
surprise me considering that in the past, we never did really check out
franz lisp).

Dan, I don't suppose it would be possible for you to try out this
version of Franz Lisp with the full-build packs that we are going to
generate (in addition to the incrementally changed packs). This way, we
can confirm my suspicions. I do not know enough about Franz Lisp to
give authoritative answers that everything was done correctly, whereas
you have a better feel for it.
