At the moment the dialup configuration is dependent on two programs not
yet in the Athena release -- a modified version of "attach", and a
cleanup program run by cron. Inclusion of these in the release depends
on the relative rate of advance of debugging and the code-cut date. This
part of mkserv dialup will involve (in addition to work done by "mkserv
remote") arranging that one program is copied local, that a line is in
/usr/lib/crontab, and that a "secure" attach.conf is installed.

Dialup configuration is sufficiently affected by avilable disk space that
I expect some manual configuration work will need to be done in all
cases. However, since this requires a human mind there is no sense in
worrying about how to do it with mkserv.
