i brought this up at the managers' meeting,
and the outcome is that you two are delegated
the authority and responsibility to complete
a workable solution on this issue. please be
sure that it _is_ a workable solution, and that
the outcome is reflected back to rel-eng in a
timely fashion. draw on others as required.
the grim-reaper part, in particular, needs to
be in place rather early in the term, as you
no doubt already know.
